个人简介      

焦丽,博士,副研究员,1987年06月出生。本科、硕士研究生和博士研究生均就读于吉林大学。博士研究生阶段于德国海德堡大学进行联合培养,从事疾病致病机理研究。2016年06月毕业于吉林大学白求恩医学院,获医学博士学位。入职中国医学科学院医学生物学研究所以来,进行病毒致病机制研究工作。研究领域为重大疾病的感染免疫以及代谢机理研究,主要致力于人类重大疾病的感染和免疫、炎症、信号传导和代谢调控等方面,包括病毒的致病机制、衰老机制和代谢相关疾病研究。主要贡献发表在Gastroenterology,Signal Transduct Target Ther和Biochimica et Biophysica Acta (BBA) - Lipids and Lipid Metabolism等杂志上,总计发表SCI论文10篇,影响因子总和146.9,其中第一作者(包含共同)论文5篇,影响因子总和87.3,单篇高于30分2篇,Q1区4篇。以第一作者发表发表国际会议摘要3篇。2017.07归国工作后主持国家自然科学基金-青年基金、北京协和青年奖掖项目以及协和青年教师项目各一项,共参与医学科学院医学与重大科技创新工程重大协同项目两项,参与德国国家科学基金DFG项目两项,累计获得科研经费两百余万元。获得2019年云南省“云岭青年人才”称号。
