硕导 焦丽
个人简介
焦丽,博士,副研究员,1987年6月出生。本科、硕士及博士阶段均就读于吉林大学。博士研究生期间赴海德堡大学联合培养,从事疾病致病机制研究。2016年6月毕业于吉林大学白求恩医学院,获医学博士学位。2017年07月入职生物所以来,研究方向聚焦于重大疾病的感染免疫与代谢调控,主要开展病毒致病机制、衰老机制及代谢相关疾病等方面研究,涉及感染与免疫、炎症反应、信号转导及代谢调控等领域。近五年来,以第一作者或通讯作者在《Gastroenterology》《Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy》《Journal of Neuroinflammation》及EMI等国际高水平期刊发表SCI论文11篇,累计影响因子150,其中单篇影响因子30分以上论文2篇,双一区TOP论文4篇;发表国际会议摘要3篇。2017年7月回国工作后,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、北京协和青年奖掖项目、协和青年教师项目及云南省面上项目等课题;作为主要参与人参与国家科技重大专项、中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程重大协同项目及德国国家科学基金(DFG)项目等,累计获得科研经费300余万元。2019年获云南省“云岭青年人才”称号。注重因材施教与沟通交流,欢迎踏实自律、热爱科研、乐于钻研的同学加入课题组,一起探索问题、共同成长,也希望彼此成为相互支持、共同进步的同行者。
